1FreeMan, can you help with I R S question? am American state national with passport. county recorder won't take UCC 3 and UCC 11 off NFTL Maricopa county, Arizona removing fictitious facsimile. Sent certs to county state and I R S all in default and none will reply. sold rental house and I R S took my assets. Lawyers won't help either.
